We are up early and getting ready for our bus trip to Prague. The trip is apparently 7 hours long so we aren't really excited for that part of the day, but we are excited to visit Prague.
We left at 0830 and arrived at Prague around 1630 hours. We made two stops along the way so it took longer to make the trip. We started out with the temperature hovering around 90+ degrees and, because it got cloudy near Prague, we ended up around 75 degrees when we arrived.
We got into our room, unpacked a bit and took the shuttle in to the old town center. We wandered around for a few minutes and then went to an out of the way restaurant called Two Cats. Pat had some chicken schnitzell, Sandy had pork wrapped in some sort of a pancake, Rod had Pigs Knee and I had Checz Chuck- a combination of various cuts of pork and some roast duck with saurkraut.
It wasn't bad but we were getting a bit tired after the long day and felt that we all ate too much... again.
We wandered back to the main square for our shuttle ride back to the hotel and arrived around 2030 hours. Tomorrow we head out for a guided tour in the morning.
